2020 Joint International Conference of the ISB and KOBAMA was held at the Brock University in Canada, on December 12, 2020, as an online virtual conference due to the worldwide pandemic of COVID-19. The objective of the Joint International Conference was to provide the opportunity to share and disseminate current issues, theories, ideas and findings pertaining to international business.

ISB: The International Society of Business (ISB) is the global leading community established on September 1, 2017 for the advancement and dissemination of knowledge, philosophy, approaches and research achievement which are conducive to the areas of business.
KOBAMA: The Korea Beauty Art Management Association (KOBAMA) is the academic organization established in February 2007, contributing to the development of convergence research based on academic exchanges between beauty art and business administration major.
